1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zassetz website, services, products, and any related platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and Zassetz, registered and operating from Shop No 16, Horizon Trade Center, Judges Bunglow Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054, India.

2. Our Services

Zassetz is a fresh grocery marketplace offering enquiry and procurement services for a wide range of food products including:

• Fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs
• Grains, cereals and pulses
• Dairy products, eggs and related items
• Dry fruits, nuts and seeds
• Spices, condiments and seasonings
• Packaged foods and beverages
• Organic and health-focused food products

Zassetz serves individual consumers, bulk buyers, restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, institutions and commercial establishments. Our platform is designed to facilitate product enquiries, quotations and purchase arrangements rather than direct real-time transactions.

Zassetz reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any products or services without prior notice. Availability of products is subject to seasonal variations, sourcing conditions and stock levels.

3. Eligibility

To use Zassetz services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering or submitting enquiries.
• You must not be barred from receiving services under applicable laws of India or any other jurisdiction.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. If we learn that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to terminate your access without prior notice.

4. Account & Registration

Certain features of Zassetz may require you to provide contact details or register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at info@zassetz.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your information.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or contact information.

Zassetz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior towards the company or its staff.

5. Orders & Enquiries

5.1 Enquiry Process

Product enquiries submitted through our contact form or by phone are not automatically confirmed orders. An enquiry represents your interest in a product or service. A binding order is only created when Zassetz has confirmed availability, agreed on pricing, and issued a formal order confirmation to you.

5.2 Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your enquiry, our team will review your requirements and contact you within 1–2 business days with product availability, pricing and other relevant details. Orders are confirmed only upon your explicit acceptance of our quotation and any applicable advance payment.

5.3 Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel orders must be communicated to our team as early as possible. Modifications or cancellations may not be accepted once the order has been processed, packed or dispatched. Zassetz reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations at its sole discretion.

5.4 Minimum Order Quantities

Certain products may be subject to minimum order quantities for bulk procurement. These will be communicated clearly at the time of quotation. Retail and home delivery enquiries may have different minimum thresholds.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed or communicated by Zassetz are subject to change without notice, based on market conditions, seasonal variations, transportation costs and availability. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

• Prices are typically quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Zassetz reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
• Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation and may vary by customer type and order value.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as mutually agreed or as per applicable law.
• Zassetz accepts payment through bank transfer, UPI, cash and other methods as communicated at the time of order.

7. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, supplier availability and force majeure events. Zassetz shall not be liable for delays caused by such factors.

• Standard delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon delivery.
• Delivery may be subject to additional charges depending on location, quantity and product type.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time.
• Zassetz may use third-party logistics partners for delivery; their terms may also apply.

Perishable products must be stored appropriately upon receipt. Zassetz shall not be responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

8. Product Quality & Returns

8.1 Quality Standards

Zassetz is committed to delivering products that meet or exceed industry quality standards. All produce is inspected before dispatch. However, due to the perishable nature of fresh groceries, minor natural variations in size, color and appearance are expected and do not constitute a defect.

8.2 Quality Complaints

Any quality concerns must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographic evidence. Contact us at info@zassetz.com or +91 9440070298. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8.3 Returns & Replacements

Returns of perishable fresh products are not accepted due to hygiene and food safety reasons. In cases of genuine quality failure, Zassetz may offer a replacement, credit note or partial refund at its sole discretion, subject to investigation. Non-perishable packaged products may be returned in original, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

9. Communication Consent

By submitting any enquiry or contact form on Zassetz, or by any other interaction with our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Zassetz through various channels including:

• SMS to your registered mobile number
• Email to your registered email address
• OBD (Outbound Dialing) automated calls
• Google RCS (Rich Communication Services)
• WhatsApp Business messages
• Mobile push notifications (where applicable)

Such communications may include service updates, order confirmations, promotional offers, seasonal deals and informational messages. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting us at info@zassetz.com. Opting out does not affect transactional communications essential to your service delivery.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, you also agree to our Privacy Policy including the Notification and Communication Consent therein.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zassetz website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page layouts and software, is the exclusive property of Zassetz or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Zassetz content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of Zassetz intellectual property may result in legal action.

The Zassetz name, logo and brand identity are registered trademarks. Use of our trademarks without authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of Zassetz services:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information in any form or communication
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing your affiliation
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data or networks
• Using our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or abusive purpose
• Harassing, threatening or abusing our staff, agents or other customers
• Reverse engineering, scraping or unauthorized data mining of our platform
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene or violates third-party rights
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with our website without permission
• Reselling Zassetz products under false or misleading claims

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension of your access to Zassetz services and may be reported to appropriate legal authorities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zassetz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Gujarat. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Dispute Resolution Process

• Step 1 – Informal Resolution: Contact us at info@zassetz.com. We will endeavor to resolve your concern within 15 business days.
• Step 2 – Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before resorting to legal proceedings.
• Step 3 – Litigation: If mediation fails, disputes may be referred to the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
